ACHE Award of Merit
Dear ACHE of North Texas Affiliates,
Congratulations to YOU for achieving the award of merit for growing and maintaining chapter membership in 2008!! This award was presented to the local chapter leadership in conjunction with the National Conference in March 2009. We are very focused on meeting the goals set for us by the national office in support of you, our membership. Local chapter leadership is working hard to provide you with educational and networking opportunities that enable you to acquire essential and relevant continuing education hours as well as opportunities to network with your peers in the industry.
We will continue work on our membership goal for growth (13%) in 2009 as well as meeting the target goal for member satisfaction set by the national office. Membership growth and satisfaction are based on our program and event offerings and your satisfaction with the way we are meeting your needs. As one of the top 5 chapters in all of ACHE, member satisfaction is extremely important to us. We would ask each member to review the programs and events that we offer this year and participate in the year end member satisfaction survey by rating the local chapter on a scale of 1-10. If we have not earned your satisfaction with at least an 8 score on a scale of 1-10, we would like more information from you, when the time comes, as to what we can do better to meet your specific needs.
The leadership of the local chapter is working hard to meet your needs. The member satisfaction survey acts as a gauge to tell us how well we are supporting you. We cannot get better at meeting our goals without your participation and feedback. Please standby for more communication about the survey as we get closer to the 2009 time period for distributing it.
Thank you for being a part of ACHE of North Texas. We look forward to serving you this year and in the future!!!
